Pelagio Investment Limited (hereafter referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our”) oversee the services rendered on ‘www.pelagioinvest.com’ website and the Pelagio mobile application for google’s Playstore and Appstore.

The purpose of this document is to bring to your notice our policies on collection, use and disclosure of personal data of users that subscribe to our services and other possible choices of action the Users make in connection to the said data.

Data of Users is collected to improve our services. By using our services, it will be deemed you have accepted and agreed to the terms stated in this document relating to the collection and use of information (data). Terms used in this document carry the same meaning as defined in our terms and conditions of service except for when a variation from the aforementioned definition is clearly stated in this document.

During the usage of our services, you will be required to provide information for the purpose of identification and/or to contact you. The set of personal data required includes but not restricted to:

Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City.

When our services are accessed through a mobile device the usage data collected may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile device unique ID, the operating system of your phone, your internet browser, Unique Device Identifiers (UDIs) and other diagnostic data.

To protect the rights and/or property of Pelagio Investment Limited.

To inquire, intercept or prevent any possible wrongdoing in connection with our services.
To protect the safety of our users and/or the safety of the general public.
To obey laws in the app usage country or jurisdiction and fulfil legal obligations.

Security Of Data

While the security of our user’s data takes top priority during the rendering our services, it should be noted that there are no fully secured means of transferring and securing data over the internet. Although we cannot assure absolute security of user’s data we constantly improve our system to meet up with commercially acceptable standards.

Service Providers

During the rendering our services, we may require certain individuals and/or third-party companies (service providers) to carry out certain services and to assist us in analysing how our services are used.

These individuals/3rd party companies are granted access to user’s data in furtherance of performing tasks assigned to them by us and are not required to interact with any such data outside the parameters we have stated.

Third party Service Providers may be employed to analyse and monitor how our services are used.

One of the services offered by Google is Google Analytics, it is a web analytic service that tracks website traffic and provides reports to that end. Google tracks and monitors the use of our services with the data collected. It should be noted that this data is also shared with other Google services and may be used to create adverts unique to Google’s advertising network.

We do not manage any of these sites and based on this we are not liable for any content, privacy policy and/or terms and conditions of usage of any of these sites.

Children's Privacy

None of our services are available for Users or children under the age of 18.

Collection of data (including personal data) of users under 18 is not sorted after by us. Any parent or guardian that is aware that their ward provided us with any personal data, please reach out and contact us (assist@pelagioinvest.com). If Pelagio becomes aware that the personal data of users, below the age of 18 is provided without the consent of parents, such data will be removed from our servers.
